Official Rules

 

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. [1, 2]

 

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Shattered in Time ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (such as Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube) where it may be hosted. [1, 2, 3]

 

3. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Fayette County, PA.

  • Entrants must be at least [Insert Age, e.g., 18] years old at the time of entry.

  • Employees of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. [1, 2, 3]

 

4. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on October 10th, 2026 and ends on October 29th, 2026 8:00pm ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the promotion. [1]

 

5. How to Enter

  • Complete the entry requirements: Enter Name and E-mail

  • Limit of 2 per person

 

6. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive Halloween Decorated Tree and One (1) winner will receive Halloween Bag Bundle.

  • The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $100 and $50

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  • The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. [1, 2]

 

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 24 hours after the end of the Promotion Period. [1, 2]

  • The winner will be notified via Email within 24 hours of the drawing. [1, 2]

  • If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected. [1] Prizes must be picked up one week from notification date.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or claim that may result from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize. [1]

 

9. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of PA, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. [1]
